Lentil Soup with Swiss Chard

​Ingredients:
1/2 cup of lentils
8-9 cups of water
1-2 new potatoes, diced ( optional )
1 bunch of Swiss chard, coarsely chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
1 bunch of cilantro, chopped
1 lemon, juiced
salt ( celtic or Himalayan salt ) to taste
Instructions:
Wash lentils, add water, cover and cook until lentils are almost tender.  Add potatoes: boil for 10 minutes.  Add swiss chard.  
Meanwhile sauce onions with salt until golden brown.  Add to lentil mixture and cook until all vegetables are done.  Finish with lemon juice ( about 2-3 tablespoons).
