Summer is over and the air is crisp outside but barbecuing is always in season in our house. It's a meal that can be prepared in minutes and still can be nutritionally balanced. For many of us our lives are busy and we are on the run. Whether you are working or driving the kids to various after school activities we all still need to have a delicious meal that we can prepare fast and taste great.
